The artwork I found most interesting on the Art Gallery of New South Wales website is Tom Roberts’ The Golden Fleece. I like it because it shows a real moment in Australian history and captures the hard work of the shearers in a natural and vivid way. The light, movement, and realism make the scene feel alive. What drew my attention the most was the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art collection. The designs, materials, and stories in these works are very different from European art, and they show a deep connection to land and culture. They made me want to know more about their traditions. I would highlight about the gallery is its diversity. It presents international, Australian, and Indigenous art side by side, helping visitors see how different cultures express themselves through art.

Canada is one of the countries that belong to the Commonwealth of Nations, and I find it really interesting. Canada has been part of the Commonwealth since the beginning, which shows how long it has been connected with other countries around the world. I also learned that Canada became fully independent in 1982 with the Canada Act, and before that, it gained self-government in 1931. What I find really cool about Canada is that it is one of the biggest countries in the world, with beautiful nature, lakes, forests, and snowy winters. Another interesting thing is that Canada has two official languages, English and French. I think this makes the country very unique and rich in culture.
